Super Aces Bonus Poker

If the game is 8-5 and regular quads return 250 instead of 239 or 200 (We
have all three of these in the Chicago Area on the same grounds!) you have
the 99.9391% game,.
If you have Video Poker Strategy Master or Frugal Video Poker you can just
load in the game and generate a strategy chart. If you have Winpoker,
VPTutor or Stanford Wong VP you can set up the game and will have to look
at a number of hands to compare close plays. I think this site may have the
"basic" strategy of VPSM for this game. If you play seriously, I recommend
that you either get Frugal VP or if you have Winpoker then get VPSM. Many
of the people on this site have all three (Winpoker, VPSM and Frugal VP)
including me. I played a short session of 5 play 25c on this game
yesterday. I quit right after connecting trip aces into quads on one out of
five hands.
The $500 gave me a winning day for a change.

Hello - I've finally found a VP game with a positive expected return
in a North San Diego Indian Casino that doesn't require a $25 bet, a
true SABP on a 3/5 play $.25/$.50/$1.00 machine at Valley View Casino.
According to all the experts, the expected return on SABP is 99.9%.
With the slot club at .25%, that puts the game positive, if only
slightly.

My question has to do with determining a strategy for SABP since I
haven't seen one offered by anyone. In this case, I would like to
figure out my own strategy but don't have any idea where to start.
Anyone care to give me a "push" in the right direction?

Thank you
Doc

I play it all the time I Shreveport LA. It is available in 3;5; and 10
plays. It's an easy game to learn from the basic VPSM produced strat sheet.
In practice I play perfect until I loose interest and my mind wanders. The
basic strat sheet will produce a few errors that you will learn over time to
adjust for. I keep this sheet with me just as back up cause my brain will
get mushy after 3 or 4 hours of play. I have played long hours and not seen
those AAAA or a RF and then have the AAA dealt to me, or have two RFs come
up ten hands apart. Other times (especially the ten play) it will suck up
your credits faster than you can feed them in, at least it seem that way!
With 1/3 of one percent at one casino (Celebrity level) and double point
days at another it is just about the best offering we have locally. But, the
variance is tuff so be careful. If you can supply the proper bank roll to
keep you in the big dips you should come out ok in the end, with perfect
play and at least .25% CB.
My best trip was when they had it on the Spinpoker. Dealt AAAA for $4500 and
that trip just got better as I went along. No longer a full pay game on the
Spinpoker.
Just make sure it is full pay! If you can play during multi- points days or
while some give away is in progress it might help you.
You will have better help from the others, just my two cents!

Live long and prosper!

Sorry for my ignorance, but what is VPSM as in "VPSM produced strat

sheet"?

VPSM is Video Poker Strategy Master. You will find that we use quite a few
abbreviations here on vpFREE. You can find a list of these on our glossary
page located here: http://members.cox.net/vpfree/Gloss.htm .
You may also want to go to our FAQ page. There is a link to it from the
home page. If you decide that you want to purchase the VPSM software, you
can do so here:

Sorry, as mention in another's reply I though they had explained it? VPSM,
Video Poker Strategy Master is a Computer program that you can by that allow
you to make and print out Strategy sheets for just about any VP game there
is. You can buy it from the web site and download it right to your system or
order the CD.

yes, I have created a strategy table with VPSM thanks to your suggestion. What I'm asking is how to determine the overall winning percentage of the game. For SAPB it is 99.9%, but with the difference in the payoff for a SF and a straight, I would imagine there would be a difference up or down and I'd like to know how to compute that.

What I'm asking is how to determine the overall winning percentage of the
game. For SAPB it is 99.9%, but with the difference in the payoff for a SF
and a straight, I would imagine there would be a difference up or down and
I'd like to know how to compute that.

Sorry, as mention in another's reply I though they had explained it?
VPSM,
Video Poker Strategy Master is a Computer program that you can by that
allow
you to make and print out Strategy sheets for just about any VP game
there
is. You can buy it from the web site and download it right to your
system or
  order the CD.

  Live long and prosper!

In WinPoker, just go to Games menu and select Define to define your
Custom Game.
Enter the appropriate numbers/values for each winning hand. Use one
of the User Defined game and call it Super Aces Bonus Poker and
there you have it!

That's one option and good if you want to retain a "Super Aces Bonus
Poker" game on the menu. An even easier option is to choose the
existing Double Bonus game and select "Change Pay Tables"
under "Options". Change the numbers to whatever you want them to be.

In WinPoker, just go to Games menu and select Define to define your
Custom Game.
Enter the appropriate numbers/values for each winning hand. Use one
of the User Defined game and call it Super Aces Bonus Poker and
there you have it!>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Yes, I do have WinPoker but it doesn't have Super Aces

See my post msg.# 41405 on how to set this up.
