Point multipliers are almost always player-specific at Station Casinos.
So if you don't get a mailer, you don't get a multiplier --- no matter
what other players get.

sometimes run point multiplier days where the multiplier is available
to the general public. In previous years, you could count on Stations
to have a 5 or 6x day on a certain holiday, but not recently.

Boulder is doing 5 x today, May 5, open to the public. Not sure about other
stations.
