As an alternative to going to the booth and then the cashier to cash out your points, you can now get freeplay for your points at Suncoast right at your machine, for the same rate of 1000 points per dollar.
I tried it and it works how you'd expect: you enter your PIN number and then enter a dollar amount, which is then downloaded to your machine. You can also choose some preset dollar amounts. Per usual, I suspect you have to play off the freeplay before cashing it, although I didn't try cashing it first.
This feature is not available yet at other Coast properties. A boothling at Gold Coast said they're trying it out at Suncoast first before making it available elsewhere.
