I was denied a buffet comp today at the Suncoast for
the first time ever. The floor person told me the
rules were changed yesterday. Now they are asking
customers to use their points instead of getting a
food comp from a floor person. I asked hypothetically
if I could get one if I had no points. The answer was
kind of vague but I believe it was "No".
I usually play about $10,000 coin-in per month at the
Suncoast and was in the habit of asking for a buffet
comp about once a month. I play 25c FPDW and 50c DB
there. Used to play some $1 and $2 10/7 DB before it
was downgraded.
I would be interested in hearing if anyone else has
been denied food comps at the Suncoast since this new
policy started yesterday.
