Suncoast Bonus ACES

First, the bad news: The Suncoast has eliminated JoB from most, if not all, of their bartops (I didn't check them all). The have replaced it with 8/5 bonus ACES (99.4%), where you get the same pay as a royal flush for spelling ACES_ or _ACES when you get 4 aces. This only happens every 306,000 hands or so.

The good news: On a lark, I played a little $2 bonus ACES on Monday (it was a double point day if you got the locals mailer). I promptly spelled ACES for $8K.

I cannot stop Coast Casinos from downgrading their VP, but I can punish them!

that's great!! My wife and I were also there Monday evening playing the
NSUD...we managed to spell HOOVER or was it EUREKA or RED DEVIL? I
forget...

Wait a minute now Don, there is a real Eureka casino here in town. Could
their name be sending us a subliminal message? In that same vein, last year
when we were still playing at the MoneLago, on not a particularly good day
of play, the bosss, Bruce Springsteen was bellowing on their music tape, his
hit, "I'm goin' down, down, down. I'm goin' down, down, down. Note to
self, if I ever own a casino, have someone check the music tape.

Well...I probably should have added that the "lark" was prompted by quickly dropping $1300 on the $1 NSUD...but yes, video poker this year has bean berry, berry good to me.

BTW, have you ever tried going back to the EC after your unfortunate
incident last summer? Or has it gotten too high-falutin' for you,
since they remodeled? I understand that they are opening a fancy
Seattle type coffee outlet (Starbucks?) at the old EC. Can you
believe it ?

Actually John and I had lunch a few months ago...should have let him
leave the tip!

Haven't stepped foot in the joint (EC) since being 86'ed...heard they
cut out the 3x points days...must be using this to fund the
improvements!
