I happened to be at the Suncoast Casino today and was surprised to have 6x points. This is not advertised on their website, on signage in the casino or in my August mailer. I do play at the Suncoast occasionally but Gold Coast is my primary Coast casino.
This is just another example of their poor communication between marketing and customers.
P.S. I just noticed that Suncoast, Gold Coast and Orleans have redesigned their websites.
I definitely believe it–as luck would have it checking in for 12 days next week–only YAH and Labor Day Multipliers on website, as you’ve stated. BTW how did you become aware of the multiplier, since there were no signs up?
Seems Boyd properties are indeed hit and miss–they haven’t even integrated Alliante or Cannery properties yet. When I made my reservations, the operator said they’re still working on it–later this year maybe.
Oh, and by the way, the very helpful operator informed me that SunCoast is the only Boyd property that is allowing back to back stays when redeeming offers, even though the terms and conditions specifically prohibit it. So I’m using the four day stay for August, then the four day stay for September, then paying for last four nights, hoping I’ll get them comped too–especially if there’s a 6X multiplier next Thursday!!
