Hello Beaver Joe!

If you really are trying to communicate with us you need to try out some
conventional standards of grammer and punctuation. I tried to read your report
since I am a MSS and downtown Vegas fan...I gave up.

There are what over 6,000 registered members (have not looked it up lately)
on this site. Most of us are older than the average bear. You are
communicating in a One-to-Many situation...the burden of clarity is on the sender and not
the receiver. A couple of minutes extra to compose and edit on the sender's
end saves exponentially on the reader's end of the communication process.

How hard is it to capitalize "I" or the first word of a sentence? How hard
is it to stick in two spaces after a period? How hard is it to organize your
thoughts into paragraphs and indent or line skip to emphasize your observations
and thoughts?

You just waste your time and ours, IMO.

My time wasn't wasted. I enjoyed the trip report because I frequent most of the places
mentioned when I go to Vegas. ... and I'm not going to descend into commenting on the
rest of your post.

Hello Beaver Joe!

If you really are trying to communicate with us you need to try out

some

conventional standards of grammer and punctuation. I tried to read

your report

since I am a MSS and downtown Vegas fan...I gave up.

Me too. If you're writing something for other people to read (if not,
why write at all), it would be helpful if it was readable.

When my eyes encounter a page of solid black such as this trip report,
they generally start to glaze over, and I have a very difficult time
finishing the report, even though the subject itself interests me.

Really? That is kind of what happens on ALL internet forums.

I JUST WROTE IT INFORMALLY. THIS IS A POST
NOT ONE OF THOSE DEAR SIRS OR MAM FORMAL LETTER.

I think the responders were trying to be as nice as possible. Instead
of yelling back at them try LISTENING as these posters are only a
couple of the many that felt exactly the same way. If you can't find it
within yourself to respect your audience enough to make your posts
readable then don't expect anyone else to respect your reasons for
doing it.
