STUNGAZED's TRIP REPORT JUNE 27 - JULY 10, 2009 - PLUS A BONUS REPORT

For anyone interested I have posted a long trip report at http://tinyurl.com/lx6h4l and my girlfriend has posted hers at http://tinyurl.com/n657p3

She has also posted a video with music and pictures at http://tinyurl.com/kpdoyz

Thank you for the detailed trip reports. I am grateful that you took the time to do this!

I'd like to ask about the "silver card" you both referred to during your play at Main Street Station.

As far as I know, MSS is on the Boyd "BConnected" card, which has three tier levels-Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald.

I'd like to know more about what you were told, and by whom- a host, or boothlings? There was some speculation awhile back about an "Onyx" level to be implemented above the Emerald. The tier levels are a great deal because of the point multipliers. Thanks.

MSS offers a silver or gold card option to well established players. You need to have a 4 trip average in a certain range to be offered one of these cards. The silver card allows you to eat at ANY of the non gourmet restaurants(all bars as well) at MSS,The Cal or The Fremont which includes the buffets and any cafes(777 included)or snack bars.
The gold card adds all of the gourmet restaurants at the three properties which include Tony Romas, the Rosewood Grill and Second Street Grill.
The advantage to these cards is that you can eat at ANY of the 3 properties as opposed to asking a host who can only comp you at your home property AND the fact that you don't have to ask a host or ever use any points for food. I have been getting a gold card for many years now and find it invaluable.

Thank you for posting this info. Do you or anyone else know if the Cal offers a deal like this for one's play there?

Regards,
Tiki
