Husband & I did the Strat cash back a few years ago & did it on video poker.
It did work then & I believe it still does, since we have been there quite a
few times since & saw others do it on VP.
First of all, does Stratosphere distinguish between slots and VP?
They do on your Player's card for comps, just as the other casino's do. Twice
as much VP play as slot play per point.
Not sure of the answers to your other questions & will leave them up to
someone more knowledgeable.
