The database for Las Vegas casinos lists a game at the Stratosphere
as 9-7 DB (100.1%). Is this the same as Strat 9-7 Super Pay game from
Bob Dancer's Winpoker?

That's not the same game. When you analyze the Strat
9-7 Super Pay game in Winpoker, it gives a return of
100.7995%. I believe these were removed from the
Stratosphere a year or two ago. As you can see from
the paytable in Winpoker it was the same as 9-6 Jacks
or Better but paying 7 instead of 6 for a flush.
The paytable for the 100.1% Strat 9-7 DB is on 5-Card's list
