Strategy for WHA (White Hot Aces)?

80 is standard for the SF in this game. Frugal shows 50. Since IGT just
released the 3/5/10 plays containing this game and all times I have seen
this game it is 80, I suspect that is still the standard. I have seen some
funny cut backs in the Chicago Area at Trump. Only one of their 25c 9-5 SDB
pays the normal 80 on SF. The others are 50. Trump also has some 9-6 DDB
and 8-5 SA on triple plays all of which only pay 40 on 5-K quads. The SF is
raised slightly but are still more than 1% trims!

First of all, I don't see a "80" or even "100" in your above list. From
your list below, I assume the next to last number ("50") is the STFL
payout, correct? Should it be "50"? ... or "80", as mentioned above?

Okay, so I gather that, subject to whatever the STFL value is ('80' or
'50'), by combining the above list of hands with the above numeric list,
we get the following paytable:

800 – ROYAL
50 – STFL ********** – possibly '80' ???
240 – 4OAK in ACES
120 – 4OAK in 2, 3, 4 (no kicker)
50 – 4OAK in 5 thru King (no kicker)
9 – FULL-H
5 – FLUSH
4 – STRAIT
3 – 3OAK
1 – 2-PAIR
1 – 1-PAIR Jacks or Better >>>>>>> I assume this is Jacks+, and not
something else Kings+.

I don't want to start trying to figure this out until I know for certain
what the paytable is, and I need to be gone briefly this afternoon, but
will work on this as soon as I get back ... if you confirm the paytable
for me, please.

Thanks.

I had designated 9/5/50 WHA as the full pay version in the vpFREE
Glossary because that was the paytable used by FVP. I've just
updated the Glossary to show 9/5/80 WHA (99.57%) as full pay.
