I prefer to copy the generated strategy sheets from either VPSM or FVP to an Excel worksheet.
From Excel, I can change the font, plus the font size, plus the ROW HEIGHT, plus reduce the print magnification for the printer.
After all this it will fit on the head of pin.

You might want too print them on glossy photo print paper. This will also increase the font resolution with all of the reductions effects added together.
I like to print new ones for each trip. I save them in a file so that they are formatted and ready for printing.
I also have an Excel form that I use for tracking my win/loss play. I print out copies of this and fill it in with a pen while I'm playing. When I get home, I'll fill out a spreadsheet with the data.

I recommend a page layout program like Quark or PageMaker. You can use Word
if that's all you've got..
It's not that simple but basically it's copy from VPSM and paste into a new
document (word, PM, Quark)
From there you can change the type size and spacing and even font width
until it fits your requirements. My template is slightly larger than a
business card and fits in a luggage tag laminate sheet. Of course, I go over
the card and combine some lines and eliminate others.
I've managed to fit Jokers and 10/7 in this format using 5 pt type.
Here's a tip if your using Word. My Word program lists 8 pt type as the
smallest. If you want to go smaller just type in the size, as small as 1 pt
if you can read it. I recommend 6 pt for strategy cards. You can manipulate
font width in the "font" choice in the "Format" menu. Line spacing can be
manipulated from the "Paragraph" choice. Don't forget to "select" the type
before you try to manipulate it.
