I believe most parking lots in the United States have disclaimers posted and
when they have tickets printed on the ticket. They will no doubt be helpful in
trying to find out what happened to your vehicle--and they certainly do not
want you "writing letters to the editor about the incident." Therefore along
with contacting your homeowners insurance, your auto insurance, etc. I would
write a letter to the casino/hotel about the incident. I suspect they will also
be helpful in some manner.
We are always hearing that there is no robbing of casinos--that you are
watched from everywhere when at casinos, etc. But I really question how safe Las
Vegas really is?? Has anyone got a handle on how often casinos have problems?
