Can you confirm if the machines are from manufacturers withapproved equip in NV? (IGT, etc.)

What would the above confirm? Haven't we concluded that IGT is making Class II machines in Nevada and that is legal under Nevada law? The only requirement of Nevada law is that the machine be legal to the jurisdiction that it is shipped to.
