Thanks for your advise Harry,
We did have a great time. We saw some great shows, Love and Phantom, had some fabulous meals and took some fun trips. At the end of it all, I even came back up a little.
At this point, I'm just breaking them a little. I don't like when people are full of shit. I enjoyed filling out the customer satisfaction survey I was e-mailed by NYNY when I got home and I did send Steven Bernstein one final note which I pasted below. I haven't received a response yet.
Steven,
I've attached your e-mail confirming my Dec 28-31 trip. You are correct, for some reason you only agreed to comp RFL instead of the RFB which you did the previous trip.
I had requested that you send me a list of what meals were comped which I have not received. I do not believe any meals where comped and certainly not RFL. Please let me know if you intend to stand by what you had committed to.
I would have never stayed at NYNY had meals not been comped up front and will certainly never stay at NYNY again.
Please let me know whether you intend to honor your word.

I agree and found the e-mails between me and my host (which i have

RFL instead of RFB which I was the previous trip.Based on the e-mail, is NYNY obligated to pick up a certain amount of
F&B? If they are, does anyone know what that amount is? I may not let
this drop if I have recourse based on principal.
Joel,
I understand your indignation very well. It's rational in this
circumstance. However, without diving into my more typical diatribe,
when you start speaking of recourse in a case such as this you're
simply chasing after a bigger slice of frustration.
Have a beer or two and set your focus on what was most satisfying with
the trip. Let this go, satisfied that at least you're a little wiser
for the experience and, better yet, you've alerted others to the
potential pitfalls that may lie in a NYNY stay.
