STAY AWAY FROM NEW YORK, NEW YORK

I've heard of this happening, Sam's Town a few years ago I think and also
the Plaza. What if we formed a Video Poker Union and marched on the sidewalk
with signs? Send emails to all the TV station news directors first. Best place
to picket NYNY would be on the north sidewalk on Trop near the first little
bridge before i15 "NYNY" on one side of sign "DISHONEST" on other side.

I just got back from a 6 night trip to Vegas with the last three
(12/28-12/31) at NYNY. My host comped me into a suite with another room plus RFB.
When I went to check out, not only were all food charges on the bill but I
was charged $200 for one nt for the second room. They did renove the charge
for the second room at checkout. My total food charges for the 3 nts were only
$400.
I spoke to my host Steven Bernstein who told me I was over comped. I put
through over 250K+ during the three days I was there.
Steven also told me I was RFL not RFB.

The strip sidewalks are private property, they can and will arrest you
for trespass.

Maybe a dozen years ago there was an old guy who was a regular at
Harrah's/Reno. He was a pretty shrewd gambler and only put his money
in advantageous spots. So they 86'd him. So he went and made
himself a picket sign that said "HARRAH'S UNFAIR TO SENIORS." A
couple of hours of walking around the building got the 86 rescinded.

A most effective picket sign, it was.

Just tell your above assertions to the culinary union and ACLU and
they
will both disagree with you. As will I. However Sheldon Adelson might
agree with you.

But the facts are both he and you are incorrect on this subject.

Public walkways are public walkways and the rights concerning public
demonstrations on such were upheld during the culinary unions MASSIVE
pickets back when the Venitian first opened. Some trespassing arrests
were made during the MGM pickets. OF course none of those aressts
culmanated in convictions and some settlements were reached on behalf
of members who were assaulted by misguided MGM security. Or at least
so
I am told about the settlements.

"they tried and failed?"
"they tried and died."
