Your first sentence is incorrect. Prior to the first draw, it does not matter
which card is first to be drawn, so all 47 remaining cards are "okay". Then,
the chances of drawing the same card (whatever it turned out to be, doesn't
matter) twice more is one in 47 squared, or one in 2209. In other words, you
will end up drawing the same card on all three lines at triple play once every
2209 hands (on average), starting with a one card draw. 47/47 * 1/47 * 1/47 =
1/2209.
