My Stations mailers now offer "75 free drawing entries" on the days I previously received free slot play or point multipliers. For some time now, they have ramped up the daily free entries on the kiosks for their various promos, too. If thousands of their customers get free entries every day, it becomes what a friend of mine calls "ticket inflation." It sure does not encourage me to play more and earn tickets.
Stations
If I were you I’d look for a new casino. What they are giving you now has a value of ZERO. Calling it inflation is being kind. To me inflation means going from $3 to earn an entry to $4 to earn an entry, but if they give everybody 75 free entries it is the same as giving everybody zero entries. In fact it is worse than giving everybody zero entries, because it dilutes the value of any entries that you actually do earn.
Regards
A.P.

Have you won recently? Stations are notorius for cutting way back or even eliminating mailers for those who win.
If there is such a thing as truth in advertising, their slogan should read "We love locals...who lose."

Ive done well at GVR and yes my mailers are not very appealing but Ill take the wins over comps. They still let me accrue points at a normal rate but the comps and freeplay are dismal. I haven't been cut off completely.

We stayed @ GVR for 2 days this week. No mailed until 2015 when got an offer for free room and $50 food. Played $1 FP SDB. Was impressed at the number of FP machines. Lost $2K so hoping for a decent FP offer.
It's a great facility with fair bets and close to airport. We were there Monday and Tuesday and wasn't as crowded as I expected. If we get a decent offer and go back, hope to get a royal and get no-mailed again.

Regarding GVR. I had well over four million points that I always used for food and a good way to get me there to play. So a while ago I get a call from some new manager and was told that they will give me $1,700.00 or so to buy those old points which were worth to me over $4,000.00 in free great dinners etc.
so that was the offer take it or lose it. So I had to take the cash offer which I was not real happy about.
I have not been to GVR since that rotten deal was given.
It used to be a great place. Got to know so many GVR employees and great friends that played. I miss those fun days, but I feel that GVR SCREWED ME BIG TIME!
So now I play elsewhere. Done!

Wow that's pretty low, even for Stations! Just curious, were these old points from before points could be used for free play? I've still got some of them left.

That is exactly what those points were. Only for the gift shop and all the dining areas. Maybe the thought process was that I would never use them. It was a lot of points, but I did earn them. Oh well, looking back at this, if I knew what was coming, I could have bought several buffets for folks that were paying cash. I would have done that..........
