I got a call today from Princess Cruises cancelling my cruise as the Managament from Stations Casino no longer is going to offer a cruise to Alaska or anything in the summer months.
I am out $1200 in non-refundable airfair.

If you had to earn the cruise, by gambling, you should get compensation. If Stations can’t satisfy you, the next step is Nevada Gaming Enforcement. The initial step is to get an agent to make a determination, in my experience they tend to favor the casinos, but you can then ask for an appeal meeting and if you can express a clear argument as to why you were wronged you stand a fair chance of a favorable ruling. Also, if you haven’t already done so, you should read Nersesian’s “Law for Gamblers”. This book is really a must read, preferably before you wager/risk anything.
