Stations Lowering Points on "Good" VP?

Just heard that Station Casinos in Las Vegas is planning
on reducing the points earned on "good" video poker effective
January 1st. It will take two dollars to earn one point on them,
instead of one dollar. The rumor mill is unclear about whether
or not there will be any change to the amount of coin-in
required to achieve different reward levels or to qualify for
the various mailers.

This rumor sounds to me like it could be true since Stations
excluded positive and near positive games from a bounceback
free play promotion earlier this year. Also, players who
primarily play full-pay video poker have lately been routinely
denied discretionary comps.

Ick. Where did you hear this? If it's true, then all remaining reason
to visit Stations will disappear. ALTHOUGH---one can still earn Fiesta
points and transfer them. Waddya bet THAT loophole will slam shut soon?
