Stations changed over to a three calendar month qualifying period
several months ago. The FEB mailing used 1 OCT - 31 DEC.
All of the Coasts (1 month), Stations (3 months) and Fiestas (3 months)
use calendar months. All of these have 1 calendar month between the end
of the qualifying period and the date of the mailing.
