I had heard Stations went from the middle of the month to the middle of the month 3 months later rather than calendar months. For example:

Feb. earning quarter went from around October 15 until around Jan. 15. I use the term around because it is said that it may depend on the # of days in the months - could close anywhere from the 13th to the 15th.

Anyone know one way or the other for sure???

I believe that at one time this was the case, but currently the system is calendar month. So the February mailer was based upon play between October 1 and December 31. I verified this this morning.
