Stations Buyout

I just read in the January edition of Casino Player that a group of
managers of Station Casinos and Colony Capital have made a bid for the
station casinos. Anyone have any solid knowledge of how this would
affect the VP play or the comps/points system/etc?

true...but really the same family will be running the company that runs
it now, so i wouldn't expect anything too dramatic...

Fairly old news. The high debt the family/venture capitalists will have
to take on to do the buyout should be considered very worrisome for the
future.

I am not so sure, the first hint was the stock buy back thats been
goin on most of the year.

profit margin 10.18%
operating margin 25.00%
revenue per share $21.36
share price $81.67 (4 times revenue)( from Yahoo finance)

add back the one time expenses associated with Red Rock , the old
showboat, Reno land purchases, Alliante & other announced deals
looks cheap to me at $150 a share.

I dont want to sell!
