I got this in the mail and promptly shredded it. First off the amount isn't
worth the trouble and if you read the fine print is says its not valid with
any other offers or promotions (or something similar to that) which means its
probably $3.00 and $2.50 off the rack rate and who would pay the rack rate for a
room anyway? It also says it was not vaild with bookings done by orbitz,
and other on-line booking agencies. No wonder Stations casinos choose to
settle the suit in this manner, it will cost them nothing except attorney fees
which some shyster attorney will pocket, while the persons who the suit was
intended for will get pennies, if that.
