I don't know what those codes mean, but did you look at the new Stations website with individual account information on mystation.com ? You can log in and see your offers. Most of the information is the same as I used to see when I looked at my account online on their old website.

I went to my stations website, and I have 3 offers also. 2-1 buffet, 3x points and the last one looks like some sort of room offer. Mine says "DMR room offer."
