I have heard that the Station casinos use a common card. Does that mean
that if I play at one Station casino I will get offers from all of them

From my experience, "no". You will primarily get offers from where you play although occasionally you might get an offer from one of their other properties. It will depend on a variety of factors including your theoretical loss.
On the other hand, if you get no-mailed from one Station property will you get no-mailed by all Station properties?

Correct. And the glorified cheerleaders, I mean hosts, will say they can't help you.

I can only speak for myself as an out-of-towner, you will get next to nothing offers. 1 buffet in 3 months, and 1 6x points.
