Station Casinos

Has anyone been able to track their play recently on the myStation website? You used to be able to click on your points and it would show a bar graph for the past few months of play. All I get now is a report of my ticketless entrries and an error message. Hasn't worked in over a month as I recall.

Same error happened to my account several months ago, rewards booth advised
Me to go to top of page ,click contact button and send e mail describing
problem
It took a while but they finally resolved it.

Thanks for the reply. They responded quickly to my inquiry. They said graph displayed fine on their server and it must be a problem with my browser. It will not display on my new laptop computer or iPhone but I find it will display on my old computer that I am getting ready to junk. Go figure.

Have you installed Java on your new laptop? It is possible that the Station Casino web site uses Java to display the graph. iPhones do not support Java and your new laptop would need Java installed. Worth a try.
