Station Casinos Status Downgraded?

I just signed into mystation.com.

By the end of the last qualifying period ending 12/31/2011, I had earned 341,084 "status credits", which got me to "Chairman" level through 07/01/2012.

However, it now shows me as "Platinum" status, with 41,084 "Rollover Status Credits".

Questions:

Shouldn't I still be at Chairman's Status through 07/01/2012?

And, if I'm going to drop down a level, shouldn't I at least get President status, with the 241,000 status credits I earned above THAT level??

BTW, for anyone wondering, my offers didn't increase between President and Chairman levels, so it seems the benefits of Chairman really are next to nothing better than President.

Thanks for any light that anyone might be able to shed on this status downgrade.

I cant shed any light on this but the same thing happened to me
I intend to query customer service .

It happened to me too. As of 12/31/11 I was
President with status through 7/1/2012. Now I am
gold through 7/1/2012, very surprised to see that
error. My slot host is not very accommodating; anyone know who to complain to?
