Yes, but players who play substantial amounts on optimal machines (regardless of if its a bonus point day or not) eventually get excluded from future bonus point days.

The breakdown is this on bonus point days::

All vp that is not 100% get 6 pts( instead of 3) for every dollar

all 100% machines get 6 points for ever $4 ( instead of 3 points for every $4).

I don't know how anyone could get excluded because you have to activate the bonus points at a kiosk. I believe on the advertised day any body with a boarding pass can activate it.
Except on Senior day ( Wednesday) then only seniors can.

They exclude you in the following manner, you swipe the card at the kiosk and nothing shows up in your offers. If you are a glutton for punishment you go and ask for it at the club and they tell you that your are not allowed to get the promotion at management's discretion or whatever other fancy wording they want to use.

If you are luck. I was told at the booth to play and the points would be adjusted later. Of course it was a lie and the points were never adjusted. I guess when Ferttita management reserves all rights, that includes lying.

I guess when Ferttita management reserves all rights, that includes lying.

"Managagement reserves all rights" grants no special powers. It means they reserve the rights they already have, and are not giving any away. The rights they don't have, including killing, pillaging, and plundering, they don't reserve because they never had them to reserve. It's empty legal babbleage, about as packed with meaning as "The sun will shine only on sunny days".'

Lying is not a right, either -- certainly regarding casino customers and promised benefits. And it's actionable, if the aggrieved wish to pursue.

While i cant prove this, maybe some guru's out there can comment but I've always felt Stations looks at your play from 4 tiers, to decide on offers, bonus , and discretionary comps. The most important still remains winner or loser, however ...

Primary action is --- A player - slots
B player - VP under 99.5
C player - VP between 99.5 and 99.9
D player - VP over 100% , including positive progressives and optimums

the7thwarrior is absolutely correct. If you are a winner, you will be placed on their DNI (do not invite) list and will be excluded from all future mailings, promotions, etc.

I find the "We Love Locals" tag line very amusing...

I don't blame you for sounding pissed off, sounds kinda nitty of Stations to have a "hidden" policy like that. It doesn't sound right that you can give them all that action, expecting to be rewarded later on, but get surprised by being no-mailed just for not losing enough. That's a lousy policy.

Can I ask you what were some of the typical dollar progressives you hit in your good year? What were some of the base games? Were they 9-6 JoBs? 8-5 BPs? Or some lower schedules, like 7-5 BP or 9-6 DB?

thanks,
-BB
