Station Casinos Boarding pass vs Fiesta points

At Stations (for sure at Red Rock and GVRS), there are also kiosks which
will print comps. One of the options on the menu is, "Use Fiesta points."

I will go out on a limb, and assume that Fiesta kiosks, if they exist (?),
have a menu option, "Use Station points."

You will probably need both cards, plus know your PINs, to use this option
at the kiosks.

I can speak for the Grand Cafe restaurants at GVR and Sunset that I
have been able to use my points directly when paying my bill. You
first swipe your Stations card, enter your pin and select "use Fiesta
points". Next, swipe the Fiesta card, enter your pin and
hit "redeem". Pretty painless. You may want to check at the register
before entering other restaurants.
