Not sure why you wouldn't get it. I mostly play positive vp games with a little slot play on occasion and I get several of those bonus point days. Do you only play FP deuces? That is one of the games that would probably get you restricted.

No. The great majority of my most recent play was on high denomination 8/5 Bonus Poker.
