After looking at the website and checking "rules" for boarding pass,
I see they do not state how many pts. required for each level.
You can see the points required and benefits for each
reward level on the Station Casino website.
<http://www.stationcasinos.com> Click on "Boarding
Pass" then "One Card. Hundreds of Rewards. - CLICK
HERE to learn more".
Also, it stated points are redeemable for 13 months from the date they
were earned and expire after that - has anyone experienced that?
My experience is that points never expire, as long
as there is continuing activity.
Also, all pts. will be deleted if no activity has occurred for 13
months.
Don't know. I've never tested this rule.
Last month when I looked after logging in, it stated I was platinum
until 9/3/2007, so I don't think I lost my platinum status.
If you saw that you are platinum till 9/3/2007, then
you must have played 60,000 base points during the 90
days prior to 9/3/2006. (Reward levels are good for a
year.) Since your points are not subject to deletion
for 13 months after you last played, you don't have to
worry about losing points until 10/3/2007, assuming
they actually enforce that rule.
If you're not getting the buffet discount and are entitled
to it, get the Rewards Center to straighten it out.
I also cannot find on the website the benefits of each level -
discounted buffet etc.
Directions to the chart showing reward level benefits
were given above.
So, I believe there are changes happening.
Anyone know?
I haven't detected any changes in rewards at Station
Casinos from my own experience. But as I posted
yesterday, the possible merger with the Fiesta slot
club would probably cause some changes.
The web page they deleted that showed how many points
you need to earn to get to the next reward level was
usually way wrong anyway. Maybe that's why they
deleted it.
Suggest you inquire at the any of the Station Reward
Centers if you think there is a problem with your
account.
