Is it possible that your Platinum status has expired?
It's only good for a year after you last played 60,000
base points in a 90-day period. They're usually pretty
accurate with the automatic buffet discounts.

None that I've heard about. There's been talk that
Stations will eventually merge their slot club with
the Fiestas. That may cause changes to the rewards.
