Just to add a few comments. We just returned, literally, from a trip to Fiesta Henderson. During a conversation with the casino host I was in a position to elicit several noteworthy items.
First, let me preface my comments. I am not a high roller. I will typically put $7000 coin-in a day and do that for two days.
She confirmed that they have no problem comping my room. HOWEVER, she continued, "Since all you play is full pay machines, we can't comp your meals as well. We now have to scrutinize accounts where players only play full-pay machines."
She was very courteous and informed my I was welcome to charge it to my points, but that discretionary meal comps no longer are allowed under the above circumstances. There was mention of linking all the databases of Fiesta and Station's other casinos in January. Her words were, "We hear that every year about this time. " <G>
The database for VPfree might be noted that for RFLB $5000 coin-in is about average, but that meals will depend on "other" play in the casino, meaning slots or table play. Players who exclusively play only full-pay VP will be judged accordingly.
While I am getting my rooms comped, I've been there for three trips now [oct, nov and this trip] and not received any kind of mailing or offers. I wonder why? Am I just "between mailings" or is my choice to only play 100% plus machines also affecting my mailings?
