States that withhold state tax on W-2G jackpots

I’m updating my tax book and here is my list:
· Iowa: 5%

· Indiana: 3.4%

· Kansas:4:5%

· Louisiana: 6%

· Missouri: 4%

· Ohio: 4%

Special cases

   • Mississippi: 3% (The tax is withheld for all W-2G wins, but
this is what they call a non-refundable state income tax—see
   further explanation in this chapter.)

   • Michigan: 4.35% (This withholding is for non-residents only
and covers winnings from casinos, racetracks, and off-track
   betting.)

   • Connecticut: 5% (No withholding for anyone unless federal
withholding is required, i.e., non-resident aliens.)

Any corrections would be appreciated plus any information about other states starting to withhold.

This is very nice of you. I know Ohio is correct. The cities vary and are hard to pin down.
