I was in LV this past weekend for my last bounceback from the
Stardust. I'm actually going to miss the place. I hit my first ever
royal there on the NSUDs that used to line the outside wall of the
poker room (hearts, I held the TJK). I saw "Enter the Night"
and "Havana Night Club" in the theatre, but I missed the Lido show and
Bobby Berosini's Orangutans. My first host was at Stardust, and it's
the first place I was ever given RFBL. I could spend hours playing 2-
deck blackjack in the party pit back when Becky was the pit boss--she
made it fun and would let me pick the music I wanted to hear. I loved
the east tower rooms and their balconies with a view of the Strip and
being able to park right outside the sportsbook doors. I'll miss the
cocktailers who remembered what I ordered from trip to trip.
