Giving an incorrect SS# is actually a federal
crime, because of the identity theft problem.
Not usually a good idea.

Considering that your drivers license has your address
and DL#. The IRS could easily find you. I did several
W2G's last year and never showed a SS card. As long
as the DL was valid, no problem. Won at Station's,
Fiesta's and both Az Chuck locations.
