Spin Poker?

What are your thoughts on Spin Poker? Any + or compared to regular VP?
What about compared to other multi hand VP?

Cheers,

All other things being equal, I prefer regular vp (SL or ML)
over spin poker, mainly because it's more difficult for me
to monitor the results of each hand when playing SP.

It is our favorite game - you never know just what a hand might bring - but it is EXTREMELY volatile, much more so than Ten Play in our experience.

Cheers,

I love Spin Poker, but except for Super Times Pay Spin Poker it's
probably the most vicious game you can play. Even regular Super Times
Pay is more gentle.

In January my wife and I played 14,000 spins (126,000 games) of 9/6
Jacks or Better in two days. We never got a royal and ended up with a
loss of 4 1/2%.

I'll second that. If you're intent on identifying winning hands from
each Spin Poker play, the exercise resembles a variation on "Where's
Waldo?"
