Sam's Town has it in 1 and 2 cents -- opposite side of bank with 5-play multistrike on sports book side of casino.

Thanks for the tip. I should have asked earlier in the week, as I
went to MonteLago Sunday night and while driving back on Boulder, I
decided to stop at Boulder Station to see what was new, instead of
stopping at Sam's. Next time it will be Sam's, as I would also like
to play Five Play MSP at least once, as long as it is 1 cent or 2
cent.

Caesars has Spin Poker Deluxe, but only offers a 25 cent
denomination. So its $25 a turn to play max, which is way beyond my
threshold.
