I am the person that saw the Royal Flush at Ramparts. I did not win it
myself--I stopped to watch it happen as I searched for a machine. I asked the
player what she had put in the machine that day. It was $300, at I believe, $2
and better denominations. It was only a small portion of her gambling budget
and the win to her was something going in the bank not impacting that budget.
