Can you translate what you just said about Prog 9/6 JoB?

Thanks

What I said was, we should know 9/6 is 100% at 5002 coins. Switching
at 5K is all is needed as a system. But if you can't find it, garbage
in is garbage out. All I find is 8/5 or... even less. Then I trust
Scoblete as good enough for government work. Even better after having
zinged a bottle Zin. CD

Actually, 9/6 becomes 100% at 4880 coins with appropriate strategy
adjustments.

Must be some adjust to pick up .15 in 188 coins. Exactly what is it?
Frank lists 4700 RF as 99.85 which is why he says 5002 hits 100%.
4880 should be 99.96 still. Close enough I guess. CD

You're right! Frank's outdated. Jim's FVP analysis lists 4880 as 100%
and that 5002 RF as 100.07. I don't see any changes in play, just
same plays at the lower level. Still, kinda moot if no one can point
me a game to play. Not gettin many responses on 2 bds. CD

You might want to use www.gamblingtools.net; Cindy Liu has one of
the fastest vp analyzer I've seen. It's web based (which is nice
when I didn't bring my laptop and can still access the web) and runs
9/6 JOB as well as other games.

As for strategy variations, at 976 for 1 for the RF, you keep Ace-
Ten suited, whereas at 800 for 1, it was just the Ace. You should
experiment to find strategy deviations for yourself.

I was playing Jacks or better poker at a casino in Washington state (Tulalip casino). The bet is 20 nickels . They are an 8/5 machines with 20,000 credits for a Royal Flush so they are 97.8%. (slightly higher than normal 8/5 because the Royal Flush is 20,000 credits instead of 16,000 credits which is the standard).

They also have this match card bonus. They draw a single card and if this card matches your fifth card you get a bonus of 20 nickels. One time I won 40 nickels when I matched a Queen of clubs. I don't think that I had a pair of Queens. at the same time but I cannot 100% sure. I think I had only the Queen of clubs but the single card they selected was also a Queen of clubs so they matched. Do you know if you get a 40 nickel bonus if you match with a Jack or higher???

How much does this add to the rate of return? I was thinking it adds about 2% because it is a extra 20 nickels (on a 20 nickel bet) and there is a 1/52 chance of matching the card. I am confused about when I matched on a Queen though.

Does anyone know how it all works?

Do a google search on the Washington State Gambling Commision. Than
select the link for Tribal Gaming. From there you should be able to
find the Compact that the tribes, supposedly, follow in operating
Video Lottery Terminals(VLT) in there casinos. There is no vp
machine in the State of Washington based on a randomly dealt deck of
52 cards. The 52 cards only represent a winning or non-winning hand
that was determined when the gambler placed the wager that sent a
signal, from the VLT that the player is at, to a onsite server that
is randomly choosing winners and losers lottery style. Just like a
pulltab game the winning lottery number is confirmed back at the
lucky players VLT by a representitive winning hand or matching bonus
card. The payback of the game is not determined by the paytable but
by what profit the tribe is trying to acheive this month. Over the
lifetime of the gaming compact the Video Lottery Game is to payback
no less than 75 %. If you are looking for a silver lining it is that
that is 15% better than the states pull tab requirements. They
should name the machines Match Card Bonus Lottery.
