Special hand play in Frugal or WinPoker

Both Frugal and WinPoker allow choosing cards to include in hands to
practice certain types of play. Can either of these be set to NOT
deal deuces, as that is the type of hands that I would like to
practice?

I rarely use this practice feature. The feature in both software
programs is equivalent -- you can pre-define cards that you want to
appear in every dealt hand. You can't exclude certain cards.

The feature is useful if you want to practice a specific subset of
holds in a wild card game (such as, hands with 1 deuce -- although it
won't prevent additional deuces from occasionally being dealt).

Of greater value, for those who wish to hone penalty card plays in an
advanced (perfect play) strategy, is to define one or more cards that
occasionally present a penalty card situation. An example of this
would be to always deal an Ace in DB.

In Frugal there are 23 possible strategy steps for hands without
deuces. Some are quite obvious, but some are a little tricky. I
would think that being able to exclude deuces or jokers or OEJs
would be a good feature for future editions.
