I also wrote the following complaint to Google via their procedures.
This group was added without my knowledge or consent to my Google groups
list. I know for a fact (since so many of us were added to the group) and we
have discussed it that someone harvested our names from another Google group
(VPFree)and put us onto this group without our permission. This is a
violation of your TOS and I would hope you will take action against that group for
this violation. All this happened within the past few days. I used your
software request to remove myself from the group but it was an annoyance and not
in keeping with Google's good TOS policies.
