This is my frist post. I got so much information about where to
to play vp when I was in vegas I thought that I could post some of
the vp in southern Ca and give a brief trip report on a five day stay
in LV.
First, There are no 100 % games in any of our Indian Casino's
the best that I have seen is fp 9/6 JOB IGT at Morongo just off the
215 near Palm springs. They do offer cash back and if you play enough
you can get a plush doll or a hat. However, This place is always
packed with people.
My trip to vegas started with two days at Arizona Charlie's
Decatur where I played 10/7 DB poker and only dropped $200.00
eventhough I hit ace's two times in one night. Entered the vp
tournament and finished 5th over all. But, since only the top four
get paid, I collected a handshake and left to three day stay at the
strat.

The strat has always been good to me. I like to play there super pay
10/7 JOB but they now reside in the found memories of the past. So, I
played the 8/6 Super pay BP. Where I dropped $150 for the night but
played for hours. I went to see Skin tight at Harras good show and
ate steak at the (Binoin) (SP?) Steakhouse great food.
Played at MSS where I won for the first time on this trip a
wopping $50.00 + $20.00 in scratch cards. From there I went to
Fiestia and played 10/7 DB played for hrs. and managed to loose the
$70.00 I won at MSS.
Three day toal

This next tip was one of the reasons I am glad that I used this
form and did some inveagation. I went to casnio Royal and signed up
for their slot club. I got a coupon for +25.00 for first four of a
kind. I found a 8/6 BP game but figured that the 350 in coins for a
four of a kind make it worth playing untill I hit my 1st four of a
kind. After my first ten in I was thinking a little more thought
should be put in to this idea of mine, but since this was just as
good as what I am use to in CA, I pushed in a twenty no sooner did
jackson fade into the great abyss where a gambler's money seems to
go, Lady luck smiled my way and soon I was back in the black with a
straight flush. Cool, but I was looking for my first 4 of a kind. As
a true lady, luck winked at me and four aces were delt. God, I love
it when a plan comes together.
After collecting my two hundred $ ticket + waiting for the
twenty five felt that much sweeter. I then did somthing I was truly
proud of I winked back at the macine (and to lady luck) and left. On
my way back to the strat I thought about Aces and eights at circus
circus . I stopped in just to play a little. But besides the ever
watchfull eyes of the video camras I was been followed because
somthing weird happed. First, I drew to a straight flush the 2,3 of
hearts after holding the Ace 4, 5. Wow thats how I started the last
session. I chuckeled to my self next will be the ace's , feeling lady
luck sliding next to me, but I was wrong a few hands latter and I was
delt just a straight fulsh (dimond's 7-J) then again (clubs 5-9).
Looking down I saw the credits bulging at 940. I got lady luck
following me... No sitting on my lap it seems. Then It happened one
more straight flush delt(hearts 9-k) feeling lady luck in my lap I am
so hot I did what every good gambler would do on such a streak I held
the 10 J Q K.....and 9 and smiled as the quarters came dropping into
the tray below.
Lady luck to me seems like someone not to push of your lap when
she is there. Playing around the nine hundred credit level up and
down then Three aces delt, not wanting to be left out the fourth came
into play. Now I love the ticket in ticket out that are seen all
over, but I am going to miss that automatic dropping of coins when
you get over a 1000 credits. And the satafaction of calling over the
attendant to refill a machine you have just owned for a while. While
going up and down with 4 of kinds and then loosing I was getting
tired. so I cashed out with 940 credits and started to lug four
buckets of quarters to the cage and I though how light a piece of
paper really is...?
Day four

Back at the strat. I played and played for hrs up $100.00 down
$100.00 back and fourth finally I got the Ace's their this seem to be
no small acomplishment because I play for three days on and of unable
to get them there. My mistress from last night must be around? After
that thought I played some more and just as I made that little chant
to myself rolling a $100 into the shredder on the top of the
machine "this is my last $100 I am willing to lose here!".
It was as if "the magic lattern threw nearves of patterns on the
screen" (T.S. Elliot) I was delt the royal hearts J K Q Ace 10. I
Stopped and looked and smiled to myself as if I just kissed my lady
luck for the first time. I know that I have hit plenty of royals some
twenty or so in the last six years. But it is always sweet to be
visted and kissed when your on an up swing. After the drive to Vegas,
after the countless hand of garbage, after routing for the four of a
kinds that keep you playing, "is it worth it after all" (more Eliot
sorry just love his works) Yes it is at the moment the goal reached
for one little fading moment you are the best in the world. Dancer
Who?
At this point, I played and stayed for free, Drank so much Jack
and coke that my sailor dad would have been proud of me, stuffed
myself with so much steak that I was sure I was the COW of the month,
so I headed towards the door with a stagger and a mooooow. Off to my
last stop, The four queens.
I wanted to find those 10/7/80 DDP machines and play a little. I
found them in the corner near the kitchen. I now know that they are
just nickles but I wanted to try them anyways. Won a wopping 75.00
and you know in nickles thats a lot LOL. I stopped and played their
10/7 ddp for a while and got 3333 on my second deal. But that when my
lady left me. Mabye it was the idea of dealing with the four queens
for my attention mabye it the the cute blonde sitting to my right...
whom when asking for advice I had to help... what man wouldn't.
Right. I was at this point ready for the long drive back to the real
world. Where the only blinking lights are those of the CHP that got
me out of Baker doing 95..... =< He was cool and after about ten
miniutes chit chat he let me of with a warning. I look over to my
passanger and thank lady luck one more time.
