South Point vs. Rampart

Neither Rampart nor South Point seem to like winners very much, but Rampart is probably more generous with same day comps and future offers than South Point. And Rampart usually has good promotions going on every day. All are listed on their website.

Will be in Vegas for a week right after Super Bowl.

Staying at Wynn( 3) Luxor( 4 ).

Anyway, renting a car for two days at the end of Wynn and beginning of Luxor stays.

Want to play at locals. Narrowed it down to South Point or Rampart ( perhaps both).

Any comments on how they treat out of towners or anything else ?

Obviously I've checked the datadase ( East coast Jacks and/or BP player ). Considering I'll be splitting time between local and strip casino on car days still figure I can give 15-20K/day at local.

Thanks for replying.

Seems that none of the vegas casinos "likes" winners.

Played at Bellagio in November. Had a good win. Played much more than usual but my host told me not to expect better perks/offers because I won !!

Looking forward to hearing from others....

Silverton, just north of Southpoint has been much better for me. I have hit more jackpots at Silverton and I have been playing there for 12 years! Both are just off the I-15 south of the strip! First is Silverton, then Southpoint, then The "M". All in close proximity of each other!

Video Poker games at South Point are much better than at Silverton.

South Point has 8 different games returning more than 99.5%. Best game at Silverton is 8/5 BP, which has a 99.17% payback.

Although it doesn't change the primary point of Don's post which was that South Point has far better games than Silverton, there are actually quite a few more than 8 different games in the 99.5%+ range. The list on vpFREE2 doesn't include JoB Multi Strike, DDB Quick Quads, BP Quick Quads, DB Quick Quads, or DDB UX. It wouldn't surprise me if there were additional games I'm not thinking of right now.
