Can someone tell me how South Point's mailer levels differ from A to A+?

I meant the free play in the mailers, not the coin-in requirements. Sorry

The A+ mailer has 4 $50 free plays, one dinner for two at the
steakhouse (including a bottle of wine),one $50 food comp and two free
show tickets.
