There was a $1 FPDW at Circus Circus a few of us knew about. With judicious play (2-3 hours 2-3 times a week), it lasted for a few months.
I happened to be arriving to play it in January when two slot techs were checking all machines in that bank, one reading off programs, the other writing them down, and heard one say "this has the wrong program".
