I'm not sure you're serious, but in case you are...
The system doesn't work, but other than that, nothing fishy except the guarantee.
I would stick to the email offers we all receive from Africa asking us to help people get their money out of the country; I am looking for partners for this enterprise as I don't have quite enough myself. I offered myself for hire to several of them to assist with their spelling and grammar, but so far no takers.
