He is not on the payroll of any casino. Instead, he advertises to prospective
high rollers, and then places them at casinos (arranges for comped suites,
gourmet meals, limos, airfare, etc.) with which he has established a
relationship, based upon the high roller's needs. He receives a "commission" from those
casinos, calculated by one of the following:
1) A percentage of the high roller's coin-in (if a machine player)
2) A percentage of the high roller's theoretical loss (applies to both table
players and machine players
3) A percentage of the high roller's actual loss
