On the last visit, I was with my daughter and she's a shopper. IF you have
shoppers in the group--do visit the Fashion Show mall. -- http://www.thefashionshow.com/html/index15.asp
At the Fashion Show, those who want to shop can and those
who don't could visit Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba! where they have
tapas and I'm sure some alcoholic beverages! OR they also
have a Capital Grill with appetizers and more alcoholic beverages!
Another great shopping place is the Las Vegas PREMIUM Outlets.
Its new and near Charleston and Main just off of Charleston---

It will take you approx one day or more to WALK the strip
and visit all the big hotels. If you walk up to the Stardust
area -- have a meal at the Peppermill. It's still old Las Vegas
and be sure to check out the bar--its dark and . . . . . .
The portions are HUGE tho so order accordingly. I'm sure
you'll have a great time! I always enjoy taking "newbies"
as I tend to see something new, too!

Thursday we will be in Las Vegas for 4 days. The friends going with us
are not big gamblers so that means looking for things to do during the
day. I know that Red Rock Canyon in on the list (casino of same name
will be visited). We have seen Valley of Fire (nice). Any other ideas
from those in the area? Dark time will be casino
